What applies across our strategies.

Market and economic conditions. Results can be affected by broader market and economic conditions outside our control.

Liquidity. Our strategies are structured around defined commitment periods. Investors should be prepared to hold for the intended term and should not expect to access capital on short notice outside the published redemption terms.

Target figures. Target return ranges in our strategy documentation are targets only. They are not commitments, and actual results may differ from the published range.

Past performance. Where performance history exists, it reflects past results and is not a reliable indicator of future performance.

What is specific to each sector.

Renewable infrastructure. Results can be affected by weather and seasonal variation, equipment performance, and the financial standing of the counterparties purchasing power under long-term agreements.

Energy-transition real estate. Results can be affected by property market conditions, tenant occupancy, and changes in property values over time.

Specialty credit. Lending depends on borrowers meeting their repayment obligations. Facilities are structured conservatively; repayment is not assured in every case.
